Processing Time: This is the time needed to prepare your order! Processing Time varies for different products! If you ordered an in-stock item (which most of our products are) it may take up to 1-14 business processing days before shipping. If you ordered a preorder item (it will be labeled preorder if it is preorder) it may take 1-6 weeks processing days before shipping. If it is a custom item (it will be labeled if it is) it may take 1-8 weeks to come in.

Tracking Number⌨️: You will receive a tracking number via email, ONLY! Tracking numbers may take 1-7 days to update. If you still have not received a tracking number after your processing time has expired, please email us.

Notice: Once we have shipped your order. We are not responsible for your item if it is lost, damaged or stolen. We use USPS shipping services, please contact them for that matter. Also, if your order has to be reshipped due to you providing the wrong address, please know that you will have to pay the reship fee. The reship fee varies; it is usually around $3.50 - $11.00 USD.
